All members or their responsible parties will get a letter from Iowa Health and Human Services (HHS), assigning them a dental carrier for their plan starting July 1, 2026. Note: Delta Dental of Iowa members may be re-assigned to a different carrier. Members have until June 18, 2026 to change which dental carrier they would like to have.
